Is the George Observatory accessible?

For guests with physical disabilities, the George Observatory is wheelchair accessible. For stargazing specifically, there is a ramp that leads to the observation deck. The research dome has a hydraulic floor so that guests using wheelchairs can use the eyepiece when the dome is open.
