Do you have wheelchairs available?
- We have adult-sized and child-sized manual wheelchairs available to check out. There is no cost to borrow a wheelchair, but you must leave a photo ID in exchange. Your photo ID will be returned you when you check in the wheelchair.
Is the museum accessible?
- All HMNS venues are handicap-accessible.
Where can breastfeed my child?
- At our Hermann Park location, in addition to the family bathrooms, we have a designated nursing room. It is located on the 2nd floor, near the bathrooms on the Paleo Overlook.
I am accompanied by a professional caregiver; do they need to buy a ticket?
- HMNS welcomes certified Professional Care Assistants and the individuals in their care. For each client that pays admission, one Professional Care Assistant receives complimentary admission. Caregiver privileges are valid only when the caregiver is accompanied by the individual in their care. Please mention this policy at the Box Office to access free admission.
