- It is not uncommon to see duplicate or pending charges on a card statement. Any attempted authorization will cause it to appear on your card statement, even if the charge did not go through. This can happen if there was a chip reader malfunction, the connection timed out, the webpage refreshed, incorrect billing information was entered, etc.
- Any duplicate charges are temporary holds placed by the bank until they can be reviewed, and will be removed from your account within 3-5 business days by your banking institution.
- If you only received one email confirmation or one set of tickets at a kiosk, then only one charge will finalize and post on your account.
- If multiple charges do post to your account and are finalized, please call us and we will be happy to connect you to our Accounting department
