I am a member. Do I need to reserve tickets to enter the Permenent Exhibits?
- Members do not need tickets to enter the Permanent Exhibit Halls. Present you member card at the exhibit entrance to be scanned and receive admission for all people covered under your membership. Additional guest tickets must be purchased at the box office.
Do I need to buy tickets in advance?
- While it is possible to buy ticket in advance online or over the phone, it is not required. You may buy tickets on-site through the box office or one of the self-serve kiosks. For popular options, such as special exhibits or exhibits with limited capacity, advance reservations are recommended due to the possibility of tickets selling out.
Where can I buy tickets?
- You can buy tickets in person at our box office or one of the self-serve kiosks. You can buy tickets in advance through our website or by calling our Advance Sales line at 713-639-4629. A nominal handling fee will be charged for tickets purchased over the phone.
