Student, Senior and Individual membership levels only cover one person, and therefore can only have
one named cardholder. Membership levels Dual and above can have up to two named cardholders.
All cardholders must be over the age of 18 and live in the household listed on the membership.
If there are two cardholders on a membership, the names will be printed together on the membership card. Only one membership card is needed per household.
