Service Animals:

Hi [PATRON’S NAME]!

Thank you for your email!

Service animals are always welcome at HMNS. Thank you for checking with us, though! Staff are trained to ask the two service animal questions if the animal is “out of control” as defined by the ADA. If the animal does become “out of control” as defined by the ADA, the Museum has the right to ask for the animal to be removed from the premises.

If you could, please let us know which week and camp your camper will be attending so we can communicate with the Teacher and Teaching Assistants about expecting the service animal.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any further questions, and we’ll be happy to help!

Thank you,

[YOUR NAME]
