Camper speaks a different language (edit paragraphs as necessary depending on what patron asks):

Hi [PATRON’S NAME]!

Thank you for your interest in our summer camp program!

All of our programs are taught in English with materials for camp printed in English. If we know what language a camper speaks ahead of time, we can sometimes pair a Teaching Assistant who speaks that language with the camper to assist as time allows throughout the day, but that is never a guarantee and is generally never completely one-on-one assistance. If your camper speaks English as a second language, it might be a bit hard to follow along.

If a camper communicates using ASL, we can absolutely work with you to schedule an interpreter. We’d just need to know all of the details at least two weeks ahead of time. **Use this sentence as necessary

Please reach out if you have any additional questions, and we’ll be happy to help.

Thank you,

[YOUR NAME]
